Communications Director, Redstone Global Center
Kate Wolff is the Senior Director of Communications, Outreach and Engagement for the Redstone Global Center at the Milken Institute School of Public Health at GW, where she supports the team to promote efforts to prevent and treat obesity, build healthy and resilient communities and build on strategic priorities advancing prevention and wellness. Prior to joining Redstone, Kate served at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in a variety of roles in the Secretary's office, the Office of Intergovernmental and External Affairs and at the Administration for Children and Families. Her work included implementation of the Affordable Care Act and management of the Office of Refugee Resettlement. She also has worked in state government for the Governor of Kansas and with a national nonprofit serving state policymakers. Kate has a Masters’ in Public Administration from the University of the District of Columbia.
