Equity Champions Leadership Development Program
Launched in November 2021, the Equity Champions Leadership Development Program, is a local, cohort-based advocacy training program designed specifically for equity-minded leaders.
The program guides participants through various learning modules designed to advance their ability to actively foster racial equity by contributing to institutional transformation; promoting anti-racist practices; and enhancing fairness, diversity, equity, and inclusiveness in their professional and personal lives.
